Shipping policy

Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be processed (excluding weekends and holidays and not including any additional days for semi-custom dolls with hair add-ons) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches due to the high volume of orders received.

    • $5 CAD Flat Rate *for doll clothing only
  • Parcel Shipping via Canada Post (Tracked & Insured)
    • $14 CAD Flat Rate for orders up to $97 CAD
    • $20 CAD Flat Rate for orders $98+ CAD
    • Free Domestic Shipping for orders over $299 CAD

    • $15 CAD Flat Rate for orders up to $97 CAD
    • $20 CAD Flat Rate for orders $98+ CAD

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fablekidshandmade@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

My order arrived and the contents are damaged. What do I do?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at fablekidshandmade@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
